What We're Looking For

We pursue well-located residential properties with redevelopment, infill, or subdivision potential.

Redevelopment & Infill

Older homes, underutilized lots, and well-located residential properties with potential for thoughtful redevelopment or small-scale density.

Subdivision Potential

Oversized parcels, corner lots, and properties with the potential to support additional residential housing opportunities.

Off-Market Opportunities

Direct-to-owner, lightly marketed, or relationship-driven opportunities.

Our Approach

Direct. We work directly with owners, brokers, contractors, engineers, and attorneys.

Owner-Operator. Our perspective is shaped by owning, managing, and maintaining a portfolio of residential properties around the country. We evaluate opportunities through the lens of construction, operations, and long-term ownership.

Finance & Execution. With decades of institutional finance experience, we are accustomed to evaluating risk, structuring capital, and managing complex projects.

Why Long Valley?

The name Long Valley is inspired by Vallelunga, the quiet Sicilian village where my mother was born before immigrating to the U.S. with her parents in the 1950s. Their journey, leaving everything familiar behind in search of opportunity, is a story of grit, sacrifice and unshakable hope. Naming the company after that place is my way of honoring the values they carried with them and passed down to us: a tireless work ethic, the courage to take risks, and the belief that something better can always be built. Long Valley stands as a tribute to where we come from and the determination it takes to move forward.

Long Valley Development strives to provide, maintain, and improve reasonably priced high-end homes with a focus on exceptional service.
